Turkish chef Buran specialises home-style Turkish cuisines. He studies Tourism and Hotel Management in Turkey and had worked in various renowned hotels for ten years before he moved to Hong Kong in 2009. Chef Buran, together with his wife who travelled to Istanbul to learn Turkish cooking, brought Turkish food and their culture back to Hong Kong since then.
Chef Buran doesn’t only cook authentic Turkish cuisine, he is a creative chef who always has new ideas coming up from his mind. He is also a coffee expert, you can never resist his coffee once he starts brewing!
